POSITION SUMMARY:
Our HR team is expanding! The Human Resources Generalist will be a key member of the HR team. This role is designed to support both hourly and salaried recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance, while promoting our Company's Core Values: Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Winning Spirit, and Sense of Urgency
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties as assigned:
  • Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • Administer HR programs and ensure compliance with FLSA, ADA, EEO, and other employment laws.
  • Conduct investigations and support disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate employee development and training programs.
  • Maintain HR documentation and support audits.
  • Assist with employee engagement events and HR initiatives.
  • Occasional travel to other locations and trainings may be required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field.
  • Minimum of two years of professional HR experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (Paycom preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and safety compliance is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work on cross-functional teams is a must.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to sit and stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day. The employee is frequently required to grasp, handle and feel objects, control and manage tools, and use hands and arms.
The incumbent is occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The position is an office-based position with frequent visits to the manufacturing area. While on the production floor, employees may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and may occasionally be exposed to fumes and/or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud.
