Position Summary: 

SSC Support Associate well versed and trained in a variety of the SSC Corporate Services functions to include Mail room, copy center, parcel shipping/receiving, and event assistance. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Mail Room Operations
  • Copy Center Operations
  • Parcel Shipping/Receiving
  • Pickup/ Delivery Driver (non CDL), post office runs or special store delivers (non CDL)
  • Event assistance (training room set up, event set up and breakdown, assist security with parking lot coordination)
  • Cold/Inclement weather assistance (spreading salt, clearing/shoveling walkways)
  • Assist with cubical, office moves, and office equipment repair (setup & breakdown of cubical equipment/office desk repairs) 
  • Other assigned duties as designated y department manager or supervisor
