Job description

Environment Control of Boise is growing, and we are looking for a motivatedAssistant Operations Managerto support our operations team and help oversee daytime operations throughout the Treasure Valley.

This is a hands-on leadership position focused on employee support, quality control, customer service, staffing assistance, training, and operational problem-solving.

You'll spend your time working directly with employees and customers in the field, helping ensure accounts are properly serviced, employees are supported, and customer expectations are exceeded.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
