Lead Administrator
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (in-office role)
Compensation: Annual salary, based on experience

Patriot Property Management currently manages hundreds of single-family homes and is growing rapidly. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to both owners and tenants while building a strong, scalable business. We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Lead Administrator to join our team and provide the foundation that keeps our operations running smoothly.

The Role
The Lead Administrator is the backbone of our property management operations. This person provides direct support to our property managers and ensures the business runs efficiently day to day. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy wearing many hats, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central hub for property management operations and administrative processes.

  • Support property managers with scheduling, documentation, owner/tenant communication, and issue resolution.

  • Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and compliance paperwork.

  • Manage vendor coordination, work orders, and follow-up on maintenance requests.

  • Track property performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.

  • Assist with accounting tasks such as rent collection tracking, invoicing, and payment processing.

  • Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency as the company scales.

  • Serve as a problem-solver and “go-to” resource for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous property management, real estate, or administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with property management software (Appfolio) is a plus.

  • A real estate license is required.
