Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative assistance to management and staff. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, travel arrangements, and office events.
  • Assist with data entry, expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
