Job description

Office + Operations Assistant

SSYS | Full-Time | Dallas, TX

SSYS is looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Office + Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves staying busy, creating order, and being the person who helps everything behind the scenes run smoothly.

No two days at SSYS look exactly the same. One day you may be organizing new samples and preparing clothing for a photoshoot; the next you may be helping our operations team, pulling products for social content, organizing the office, or jumping in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who naturally sees what needs to be doneโ€”and does it.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Samples + Product

  • Receive, organize, label, and maintain clothing samples
  • Keep sample racks and product areas organized and presentation-ready
  • Steam and prep clothing for photoshoots, social content, meetings, and launches
  • Pull and return samples for the marketing and social teams
  • Help track down products and keep samples from getting misplaced
  • Assist with organizing new collections as they arrive

Office + Operations

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and functional office
  • Organize supplies, storage areas, closets, racks, and shared spaces
  • Assist the operations team with day-to-day projects
  • Help unpack, move, sort, and organize merchandise and supplies as needed
  • Run occasional local errands and pick up supplies
  • Assist with special projects, events, launches, and other operational needs
  • Notice when something needs attention and take initiative to handle it

Social Media + Photoshoot Support

  • Help prepare clothing, accessories, and products for content creation
  • Assist with photoshoot setup and cleanup
  • Organize products according to shoot lists
  • Help the social team pull items needed for stories, reels, TikToks, and other content
  • Assist with behind-the-scenes content or simple social tasks when needed
  • Keep shoot and content areas organized so the creative team can work efficiently
Who Weโ€™re Looking For

Youโ€™ll be a great fit if you are:

  • Extremely organized and genuinely enjoy creating order
  • A self-starter who doesnโ€™t need to be told every little thing to do
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Positive, upbeat, and easy to work with
  • Comfortable being on your feet and doing hands-on work throughout the day
  • Interested in fashion, retail, social media, or e-commerce
  • Able to prioritize multiple small projects without letting things fall through the cracks
  • Someone who takes pride in making things look polished, clean, and organized
This Role Is Probably Not for You If...

You prefer a highly structured desk job where every day looks the same. SSYS moves quickly, and priorities can change throughout the day. We need someone who enjoys that energy and sees โ€œCan you help with this?โ€ as part of the jobโ€”not an interruption to it.

About SSYS

SSYS is a fast-paced women's fashion and e-commerce brand built around making women feel confident, beautiful, and excited to get dressed. Our team works closely across design, marketing, social media, operations, inventory, and fulfillment, which means collaboration and a willingness to jump in are a big part of our culture.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants exposure to the behind-the-scenes workings of a growing fashion and e-commerce company.

Position: Full-Time

Location: Dallas, TX / In-Office

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday

Competitive Pay, Benefits Package, PTO

  • To apply, please send your resume along with a short introduction telling us a little about yourself and why you think you'd thrive in a fast-paced role like this.
