We are looking for an office assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily office operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard-working, and professional with the ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks.
What you will do

โ€ข Greet visitors and applicants
โ€ข Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
โ€ข Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders as necessary

โ€ข Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services
Skills you already have
