Mid-Atlantic Services, A-Team Corp. provides janitorial and environmental services to commercial and state buildings throughout the state of Delaware. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you will act as a key support system for our leadership, assisting office management in a wide variety of daily tasks ranging from basic accounting and human resources to general corporate projects. If you enjoy a dynamic workday where you can learn multiple facets of a business, we want to meet you!

What You Will Do (Daily Responsibilities)

  • Management Support: Assist office management with various administrative tasks, including human resources (HR) support and gathering critical data for corporate projects.
  • Financial Assistance: Help manage day-to-day accounts payable tasks and light bookkeeping functions.
  • Front Office Operations: Handle phone answering duties, route calls to the appropriate team members, and greet office visitors.
  • Organization & Logistics: Manage document control through scanning and filing, and run occasional local errands as needed to support operations.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience or exposure to basic HR processes or accounting is a plus.
  • Proficient with digital tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for running office errands).
  • Highschool diploma required. Some college preferred.
  • Availability 9-5 (somewhat flexible on start/end times), Monday through Friday.
