We pride ourselves on an exceptional design process, a seamless construction experience, and a team of personable, professional experts. We’re looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role, the heartbeat of our construction operations and ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering outstanding results.
This is an in-office, field-based position working closely with our team, clients, and job sites (not remote).

What You’ll Do
  • Manage residential construction projects (new homes, additions, remodels) from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Prepare and manage estimates, contracts, and change orders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a great experience
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and internal teams
  • Coordinate carpenters, subcontractors, and trade partners
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
  • Ensure quality standards, code compliance, and proper documentation
  • Proactively solve problems to keep projects on track and on budget
 
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of residential construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry, estimating, scheduling, and construction processes
