Familiarity with routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, and other network equipment.Skilled with M365 programs including Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, TeamsStrong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work well in a team.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on delivery of customer service and project objectives within timelines.
