Description

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Cisco networking technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with senior IT leadership on both operational support and strategic infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure

Monitor network performance and perform preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues

Configure, install, upgrade, and maintain network hardware and software

Participate in network infrastructure projects and technology upgrades

Assist with network security initiatives and best practices

Maintain network documentation, configurations, and standards

Support remote access technologies and connectivity solutions

Work with vendors on implementations, upgrades, and issue resolution

Participate in an on-call rotation for critical support needs
