We are a local, family owned store and members of the #5 fastest growing franchise in America, looking for a friendly bilingual customer service representative with great customer service skills. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: - Provide friendly customer service - Assist in maintaining a quality showroom - Securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts - Convey information to customers and maintain a constant level of communications with customers, co-workers, and management.

- Upon completion of training should have a thorough knowledge of rental agreements, merchandise, and customer relations. REQUIREMENTS -Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish - High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience - Must complete the training program - High degree of precision, accuracy, coordination and knowledge of operational procedures. - Ability to reason & make independent decisions BENEFITS - Five-Day Workweek - NO SUNDAYS REQUIRED - Two Week paid vacation after one year of employment - Paid Sick/Personal Days - Life, Medical, Dental, and Disability Insurance available - Employee Purchase Plans available - 401(k) **Please include pay history with resume.
