Job Purpose
The Marketplace Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the Marketplace Operations with the continued development and growth of our marketplace. This position will assist with onboarding new vendors and managing product setups for existing vendor accounts. The Marketplace Operations Associate will also assist in the execution of strategy, project expansion, enhancement, overall development, set-up and maintenance of our marketplace vendors and items to ensure all partners and products meet requirements and are set up within established SLAs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Marketplace Operations team by operating the new products and partners onboarding process workflow
Ensuring new products meet the quality assurance and legal requirements
Work with vendors and integration teams to set-up and approve new items in our Marketplace
Assist management team with new marketplace initiatives
Analyze data and statistics to manage vendor product flow
Marketplace Operations Associate
Fluent in eCommerce catalogs/marketplaces and project management tools such as [Monday.Com](http://monday.Com/)
Effective time management and organizational skills
Works independently as well as in a team environment
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive who is focused on execution, exceeding expectations, and building authentic relationships in order to consistently overachieve, no matter your task
Demonstrate the ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills
Curiosity to learn new things
Requirements:
Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
1-2 years' experience in a retail eCommerce environment
Strong project management and creative thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
