Administrative Assistants at a Fortune 500 Company (Consulting role)

Summary:

Business and Administrative Support for a Fortune 500 company

Provide executive level support to leadership executives within the organization.

Coordinates meetings and events; department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations.

Work with leadership direct reports to manage calendaring and their time management.

Handle complex, detailed calendars, scheduling logistics, budget, and planning for your executive as well as team events, large meetings.

Arrange and schedule travel itineraries and related details.

Effective communication and project management skills; willingness to assist members of a team, and ability to relate well with diverse individuals.

Create and process weekly expense reports.

Organize group events both on-and offsites (virtual events).

Work in tandem with other assistants on all related matters


Experience required:

Experience working as an Administrative Assistant for a larger corporation preferred but not required.

2-3+ years of experience working with management teams preferably in a high-tech environment.

Mid to Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)

Experience in employee and contractor onboarding tools and processes.

Exceptional verbal and written skills, including strong editing/proofreading skills, tact, poise, and social skills.

A can-do attitude and focus on the client and customer needs.

Experience at certain Fortune 500 Companies - Preferred

Ability to prioritize a demanding workload and be flexible/pivot priorities as needed while maintaining a sense of humor - Preferred.

Ability to be discreet, multi-task, and work independently - Preferred.

Experience working with events and meetings - Preferred.

A college degree is preferred.
