Responsibilities

·      Support the Restaurant Manager in executing operational procedures, brand standards, and service excellence

·      Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily restaurant operations and team shifts

·      Provide coaching, feedback, and support performance management initiatives

·      Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations

·      Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner

·      Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest service and enhance customer satisfaction

·      Assist with staff scheduling to align with business volumes and labour targets

·      Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members

·      Maintain Tim Hortons standards for product quality, preparation, and equipment use

·      Monitor restaurant cleanliness, operational compliance, and equipment calibration

·      Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, audits, and cost control

·      Help manage waste reduction and overall operational efficiency

·      Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment

·      Support local marketing initiatives, community events, and brand promotion

·      Learn and perform all restaurant positions (front and back of house) as required

·      Work in a fast-paced environment, take guest orders, and suggest add-ons when appropriate
