Jersey Mike's is looking for Assistant Managers to grow with our company. Start at a minimum of $18 per hour plus tips that average over $4.92 per hour and a monthly bonus program that pay out monthly up to 3% of the store profit.

Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee. .

Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.

Assistant Managers receive a competitive hourly wage plus tips and are eligible for a monthly bonus. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.
