Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive DesignationJOB OBJECTIVE: To oversee and manage the planning, development, and execution of theatrical and live event productions within the Robinson Center Performance Hall for the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau (LRCVB); manages and coordinates audio and lighting operations, including coordination with external production companies; supports the Assistant Director of Production Services by organizing production planning, technical resources, personnel, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations, exceptional production quality, and a positive experience for clients and guests while maintaining compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThese knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in Theatre Production, Arts Management, or a related field; three (3) years of experience in theatrical production management to include lighting, audio and related stage equipment, or a related area and one (1) year of lead worker experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:- Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position. Must show proof of valid automobile insurance before being approved to drive any LRCVB vehicle.
- Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Must possess a forklift certification within one (1) year of employment and maintain license for the duration of employment in this position.
This position may require one or more of the following pre-employment screenings: drug and alcohol screening, or background investigation.
