About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across construction operations. This role will drive production performance, oversee key programs, and partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, and supply chain teams. This is a high-impact position focused on plant operations, continuous improvement, and program execution within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple manufacturing and operations programs in the construction business from planning through execution.
  • Partner with plant operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure on-time production and delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence).
  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Identify risks within production, supply chain, and operations and implement mitigation plans.
  • Support capital projects, including equipment installation and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company policies.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership.
