OverviewThe Dining Room Manager oversees all dining room operations and staff, ensuring excellent service and compliance with dietary standards. Reporting to the Director of Culinary Services, this role develops a positive customer service culture, manages scheduling and labor costs, and supports training and development of dining staff.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
