This role offers the flexibility of working as a licensed real estate agent/independent contractor, combined with the structure and support of a team with proven systems for managing condos, townhomes, and single-family homes owned by small independent landlords.
Our property managers are backed by a dedicated team! From leasing and utility management to occupied wellness inspections, the team handles the day-to-day tasks so you can focus on being the best property manager possible.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage a portfolio of properties throughout Carson City, Carson Valley, and Dayton.
  • Be the direct point of contact for your portfolio including owners, residents, and vendors while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Meet and follow up with prospective owner-clients who have contacted Bobcat Property Management to present our services.
  • Coordinate resident move-outs and process security deposit returns.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests on occupied homes
  • Oversee the make-ready process on vacant homes.
  • Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
