Job Summary:
Bobcat Property Management is a respected full-service residential property management company serving the Carson City area since 2014. We pride ourselves on providing professional, transparent, and reliable service to property owners and residents.
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Assistant Property Manager and Administrative Assistant to support our team and daily office operations. Responsibilities include communicating with tenants, owners, and vendors; coordinating maintenance; assisting with inspections and move-ins and move-outs; maintaining documentation; and handling general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can manage a variety of responsibilities. We provide thorough training, established systems, and ongoing support to help the right person succeed.
 Responsibilities: 
·       Assist the property manager with overseeing a portfolio of residential properties throughout Carson City, Carson Valley, and Dayton.
·       Manage office mail, bills, payments, inventory, and other administrative responsibilities.
·       Coordinate resident move-outs and assist with processing security deposit dispositions.
·       Coordinate maintenance and repair requests for occupied properties.
·       Review digital property inspections and follow up on identified concerns.
·       Conduct in-person property, move-in, and move-out inspections.
·       Oversee the make-ready process for vacant properties to ensure they are prepared for new residents.
·       Assist the property manager with eviction-related documentation, notices, scheduling, communication, and administrative follow-up under the broker’s supervision.
·       Maintain the company vehicle by keeping it clean, organized, fueled, and up to date on routine service and maintenance.
·       Maintain compliance with Fair Housing requirements, applicable local and state laws, and company policies and procedures.
·       Perform additional duties and assist with other property management and office-related tasks as needed.
