About the Company

At Flow, weโ€™re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. Weโ€™re building a new kind of living experience: one thatโ€™s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, weโ€™re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

About the Role

This is a handsโ€‘on leadership role for someone who loves to build, sell, and lead teams that turn big opportunities into lasting partnerships.

We believe our team is better together. Every position at Flow has an onsite or inโ€‘office requirement.

  • Oversee deal structuring, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions, ensuring partnerships deliver mutual longโ€‘term value.

  • Partner crossโ€‘functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue management to align sales initiatives with company objectives and deliver seamless partner experiences.

  • Establish and manage performance metrics, reporting, and forecasting processes to drive accountability and dataโ€‘informed decision making.

  • Act as Flowโ€™s ambassador to key enterprise clients, ensuring worldโ€‘class service, timely issue resolution, and sustained relationship growth.

  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and industry shifts to identify new growth opportunities and refine strategies.

Ideal Background

  • 7โ€“10 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management within hospitality, real estate, or travel sectors.

  • Proven success leading sales teams and driving multiโ€‘millionโ€‘$ B2B revenue growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale new business verticals or markets from earlyโ€‘stage development to sustained growth.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Deep understanding of sales pipeline management, enterprise deal cycles, and performance forecasting.

  • Familiarity with housing distribution channels, and hospitality technology is a plus.

  • Highly organized, selfโ€‘motivated, and comfortable operating in a fastโ€‘paced, evolving environment where strategy and execution go handโ€‘inโ€‘hand.
