Manager, Client ServicesThe Manager, Client Services supports the members of the Client Services team by providing operational support and facilitation of daily processes, and delivering and sustaining the highest level of client service. In this role, the Manager, Client Services will help fuel Accessโ€™ growth by meeting account revenue goals driving revenue generation efforts and new business development within existing accounts.What youโ€™ll do:Assist in the oversight of project timelines, ensuring projects remain on time, on strategy, and on budgetProvide support to the Sr. Managers on client calls, as well as take the lead when necessaryIdentify opportunities to upsell within current accounts; work with management to develop a strategy for expanding into additional areas of their business including meetings and eventsSupport the Client Services team in development of project budgets and proactively manage internal client resources to meet overall account revenue goalsWork closely with the Director, Production and Director, Project Management to ensure progress and quality of projectsInterface with vendors to ensure deliverables are achievedAnalyze client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc., to assist the Client Services team in the development of full communication plansMaintain current knowledge of the industry, trends, and competitive practices to ensure Access maintains an edge over competitionPerform administrative tasks related to travel, expense, and time off approvalsWhat weโ€™d love to see:Corporate tradeshow/meeting and event experience preferred5 plus years of experience in a client service-related positionStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to assist managers in developing, proposing, and selling a full line of company products and services to existing clientsCapable of analytical thinking and problem solvingDemonstrated strong attention to detail, personal organization, dynamic presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office programsKnowledge of virtual environments a plus but not requiredAbility to travel up to 30% of the time #J-18808-Ljbffr
