What You'll Do
As our Business Office Manager, you'll oversee the business operations that keep our community running smoothly while providing exceptional service to residents, families, vendors, and employees.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Resident billing and financial record management
  • Month-end close and financial reporting
  • Payroll support and HR administrative functions
  • Resident move-in paperwork and contract administration
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Supervising and coaching reception and administrative staff
  • Managing office systems and business operations
  • Partnering with the Executive Director on budgeting, collections, and operational planning
  • Creating an organized, welcoming, and professional front office

Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Three or more years of senior living, healthcare, or property management experience
  • Experience with Yardi, Heartland Payroll, or similar accounting/payroll software
  • Experience with accounts receivable, collections, payroll, billing, and financial reporting
