Our client, a modern Asian fusion restaurant is seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Senior Line Cook to lead execution on the hot line. This role is responsible for preparing and executing hot dishes with precision, speed, and consistency in a high-volume, chef-driven kitchen.
The Senior Line Cook will play a key role during peak service, working across stations such as sauté, grill, and wok to ensure dishes are executed to the highest culinary standards. This position requires strong technical cooking skills, organization, and the ability to perform efficiently during fast-paced dinner service.
The ideal candidate thrives in high-energy kitchens and brings a strong understanding of modern Asian cuisine, bold flavors, and refined presentation.
Hot Line Execution
  • Prepare and cook hot dishes across sauté, grill, and wok stations.
  • Execute menu items according to recipe, plating, and timing standards.
  • Maintain consistency in flavor, temperature, and presentation.
  • Coordinate with expediters and other stations to ensure smooth ticket flow.

Service Leadership
