Overnight Laundry Attendant

Heirloom Vacation Properties - Duluth, MN

Heirloom Vacation Properties is seeking an Overnight Laundry Attendant to join our growing operations team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys staying productive, and understands that consistency and attention to detail make all the difference. Our overnight team plays a critical role in ensuring our vacation rental properties are fully stocked with clean, high-quality linens each morning.


Schedule

  • Overnight Shift with Sunday and Friday availability required


What You'll Do

  • Wash, dry, fold, and organize a high volume of linens from our local vacation rental properties.
  • Sort linens by type and inspect for stains or damage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry facility.
  • Follow established laundry procedures to ensure consistent quality.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Assist with linen inventory and warehouse organization as needed.


What We're Looking For

  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Pay & Benefits

  • $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
