Required immediately, our Regina Branch is seeking a Full Time Lead Generator / In Home Design Consultant. 
FLOFORM Countertops is a Canadian company with its head office in Winnipeg, MB and has 17 Showrooms and 8 fabricating facilities located in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Position Summary:
 
The Lead Generator is responsible for staffing our traveling display and collecting data from potential clients while giving  information on our products and services on countertop installations. The display will be at a store location which involves traveling to that location.
The In-Home design Consultant provides the customer a positive experience by educating them and providing first class service while in the client’s home by adhering to 10 step structured sales in Home Process. They will also respond to customer inquiries and provides assistance with product selection during in home consultations as well as in showroom when required.   
Qualifications:    
  • High School Diploma with an eye for design or fashion
  • 1-2 Years Sales or direct Kitchen & Bath sales
  • Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate mathematical skills, with a solid understanding of fractions and measurements
  • Effective selling/follow up skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage time and goals independently
  • Able to lift 50lbs occasionally
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License and a clear criminal record check
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Available Evening and Weekend hours
Duties and Responsibilities:   
 
Lead Generator:
  • Initiates customer contact, qualifies the lead for In Home Sales Consultants
  • Maintains in-store kiosks/display and runs on-site information sessions at each location
  • May be required to assist with set up and tear down of display and have reliable transportation
  • Engage customers by hosting a booth in big box store kiosks
  • Present customers with brochures and show samples
  • Other duties as assigned
In Home Design Consultant:
  • Adheres to the FLOFORM In Home Process for sales as per training
  • Be available and completes a minimum of 10 in home sales consultations per week, of which 5 must be during prime-time hours (evenings and weekends)
  • Maintains a weekly Closing ratio of >40%
  • Presents and maintains inspection videos, as per training, on all Demo’s performed
  • Acquires 24 references during the “training period” and maintains a 1 (one) reference minimum per week, thereafter.
  • Regularly attends required training meetings as per branch expectations
  • Processes orders and accepts payment from customers made over the telephone or in person
  • Inputs orders/quotes for production
  • Responds to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required.
  • Takes measurements for customer requirements to ensure appropriate size
  • Assists customer in the selection of product
  • Maintains customer service records  
  • Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered
  • Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty
  • Ensures orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly         
  • Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s)
  • Actively seeks opportunities to network and build relationships to promote business relationships
  • Other duties as assigned
