Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead and oversee our organization's technology infrastructure across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and managing multi-site networks, implementing cybersecurity programs, administering enterprise IT policies, and managing company-issued technology assets.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day IT operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure & Multi-Site Management

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure enterprise network infrastructure across multiple states and office locations.
  • Manage WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
  • Standardize network architecture and IT systems across all locations.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
  • Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and telecommunications providers.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Implement endpoint protection, intrusion detection/prevention, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring solutions.
  • Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Lead incident response efforts and disaster recovery planning.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable security and privacy regulations.

IT Asset & Property Management

  • Manage inventory and lifecycle of all company-issued technology assets, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Oversee equipment deployment, replacement schedules, and asset recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records of assigned equipment and employee acknowledgments.
  • Establish and enforce asset management procedures.

IT Policies & Governance

  • Develop, update, and maintain enterprise-wide IT policies and procedures.
  • Create standards for acceptable use, remote access, password management, device security, and data protection.
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with IT policies.
  • Partner with HR and leadership on technology onboarding and offboarding processes.

Leadership & Support

  • Lead internal IT operations and provide technical guidance to staff.
  • Manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and security.
  • Provide escalation support for complex technical issues.
  • Develop long-term IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of IT management experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise environments across multiple locations and states.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Windows Server environments
    • Active Directory and Azure AD
    • Network design and administration
    • Firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure
    • Cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
    • IT asset management systems
  • Experience creating and implementing company-wide IT policies and procedures.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
