Chantilly, VA (On-Site - 5 Days/Week, Monday-Friday)

Mosaic is a growing interiors distributor supporting builders and designers with cabinetry, tile, lighting, plumbing, and more. With 9 locations and a central servicing center, our success depends on strong purchasing, accurate inventory, and reliable supplier partnerships.


This is a fully on-site, office-based role in Chantilly, VA. This position focuses on purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory planning-it is not a warehouse or physical labor role.


What You'll Do

  • Review purchase orders for accuracy
  • Track open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate product costs and pricing in the ERP system
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order or supply issues
