Job description

Aegis is partnered with a growing manufacturer of custom water treatment systems serving industries including food processing, data centers, healthcare, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing. They are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support production by ensuring materials are organized, tracked, and available to keep manufacturing running efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Organize, stage, and transport materials for production
  • Pick parts and prepare job bins for assembly
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
  • Coordinate inventory, work orders, and Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Communicate with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Customers to resolve material shortages
  • Utilize ERP systems to track inventory and production materials
  • Operate pallet jacks and assist with material handling throughout the facility
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of inventory, stockroom, or material handling experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with BOMs, work orders, and ERP systems
  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting materials throughout the day
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
  • Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience is a plus
