Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. seeks a Full Time Parts Inventory Clerk for our Whitestown, IN location.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Parts Inventory Clerk to assist with Warranty returns, Order Returns, and Paperwork

Duties and Requirements:

  • Lead on many types of claims with International, UPS, LTL, and multiple other vendors and suppliers
  • Controls dirty core storage and returns for all sources/vendors
  • Handles the surplus order return
  • Oversees the Dealer Inventory Alliance to meet Internationals standards
  • Controls the Product Review Center in order to meet Internationals standards on warranty item returns
  • Paperwork/Documentation/Organization of all of the items listed above
  • Other Duties as Assigned
