Now Hiring an Inventory Clerk (Title Clerk Experience Preferred). We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role will focus on managing vehicle inventory while also supporting title and documentation processes. Prior experience with title clerk work is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle inventory records
  • Stock in vehicles and verify VINs, mileage, and vehicle details
  • Track vehicle location, status, and movement
  • Audit inventory regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with title work, including processing, filing, and tracking titles
  • Work with internal departments to resolve title discrepancies or missing documents
  • Ensure compliance with state and dealership regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an inventory clerk or similar role
  • Experience with title clerk duties (DMV paperwork, titles, registrations) preferred
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
