JOB TITLE: Inventory Clerk

Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that stock levels are appropriately managed. This role involves tracking and managing inventory levels, conducting regular physical counts, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the availability of products and materials. The inventory Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of the supply chain and supporting overall operations.

Key responsibilities

· Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including quantities, locations, and condition.

· Conduct regular physical inventory counts ad reconcile discrepancies with recorded data.

· Update inventory databases and systems to reflect changes in stock levels.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is available to meet demand without overstocking.

· Coordinate with Purchasing, Production and other departments to ensure timely replenishment of inventory items.

· Prepare ad generate inventory reports for management review.

· Identify and report any issues related to inventory management, such as shortages, overstock, or damaged goods.

· Assist with the organization and arrangement of stock in the warehouse or storage area.

· Implement and follow inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

· Support the implementation of inventory management systems and software.

Required Qualifications:
