We're experiencing rapid growth, and are looking to bring on a new Installations Project Manager onto our growing team!
As an Installations Project Manager, you will support the Installation Manager with daily locker installation expertise and problem-solving. In this role, you will interact with our network of installers across the country as well as internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Installation Operations Leadership
  • Provide installation escalation support and resolution
  • Issue site preparedness approvals
  • Be responsible for installation quality control and consistent data management
  • Manage scope changes and set expectations early
  • Facilitate timely resolution between install partners and Luxer teams
  • Oversee install capability, recruiting, and vetting

Product & Process Improvement
  • Process and procedure development
  • Support and maintain quality: develop checklists, testing procedures, documentation, and completion criteria

Operations Support Engineering (Pre and Post Sales Solutions)
  • Execute floor plan accuracy reviews and provide sales support
  • Provide special projects support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with VAR's, Sales, PM's teams

Safety & Compliance
  • Review and resolve escalated safety & compliance issues

Documentation, Training & Change Management:
  • Assist with delivery of installation training and coaching
  • Installation manual, technical writing, and photo documentation
  • Technical training development

Special Project Support
  • Stakeholder representing installers and install execution
  • On-site installation management of local and high profile jobs

Requirements
At a Minimum, You'll Need to Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in field operations, construction project management, hardware deployment, or installation management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of construction environments, permitting, ADA considerations, and installation technical requirements
  • Strong cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with project management tools, documentation systems, and basic CAD/floor plan interpretation
  • Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills

A Plus But Not Required:
  • Experience in hardware technology deployment, access-control systems, or similar industries
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM software
  • Knowledge of ADA, electrical, low-voltage, and site construction considerations
