Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Hardie Siding Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with James Hardie fiber cement products and a solid understanding of exterior cladding systems. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities:

  • Install James Hardie siding and trim according to manufacturer specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints or work orders
  • Prepare worksite by setting up scaffolding, removing old siding, and ensuring proper surface preparation
  • Use tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and levels with precision
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Communicate effectively with crew leaders and clients when necessary
