The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in residential remodeling and construction, strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete high-quality work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Perform residential remodeling and renovation work from preparation through final completion
  • Complete demolition and prepare job sites for remodeling projects
  • Install, repair, and finish drywall, including hanging sheets, taping, mudding, sanding, patching, and surface preparation
  • Prepare and finish walls and ceilings, including repairs, texture, and final finishing
  • Perform framing, trim work, door installation, and general carpentry tasks
  • Install flooring materials, including glue-down flooring and other finish flooring systems
  • Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodeling tasks, including installation, repairs, and finishing work
  • Perform plumbing and electrical-related tasks according to experience and trade qualifications
  • Install fixtures, hardware, cabinets, doors, and other finishing materials
  • Perform roofing work, including roof repairs, shingle installation, removal and replacement of roofing materials, and roof preparation
  • Assist with siding installation and exterior remodeling work
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install construction materials accurately
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
  • Identify problems on job sites and communicate with supervisors
  • Follow safety procedures, building codes, and company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in residential remodeling or construction (required)

  • Knowledge of construction materials and installation methods
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
