Job Title: Vinyl Fence Installer / Foreman Location: Commerce, CA Company: K Star Vinyl Fencing and Patio Covers Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

K Star Vinyl Fencing and Patio Covers seeks a skilled and reliable Vinyl Fence Installer / Foreman with a minimum of 1 year of experience to lead and oversee fence installation projects from start to finish. This position requires hands-on experience in vinyl fence construction, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will be capable of supervising crews, managing job sites, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of installers on residential and commercial vinyl fence installation projects

Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and measurements

Oversee digging post holes, setting posts, and assembling vinyl fencing components

Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards

Communicate project status and any issues with the office and clients

Train new crew members and ensure team productivity and professionalism

Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and job materials

Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean job site

Qualifications:

1+ year(s) of experience in fence installation (vinyl fencing preferred)

Prior experience as a team leader, crew lead, or foreman

Ability to read and understand construction plans and take accurate measurements

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment

Customer service experience on job sites
