Job description

We are a Bay Area signage manufacturing and installation company with over 30 years in the industry. We work on commercial, retail, and construction projects across the region — from tenant signage to large-scale exterior installations.
We're looking for a reliable, experienced sign installer who is also comfortable in the shop doing fabrication work. If you take pride in your craft, show up on time, and want to be part of a tight-knit crew, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
— Install interior and exterior signage at commercial job sites across the Bay Area
— Operate lifts, boom trucks, and rigging equipment safely
— Read and interpret installation drawings and site plans
— Fabricate sign components in the shop — cutting, drilling, sanding, painting, acrylic, aluminum
— Assist with vinyl application and finishing
— Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— 2+ years of sign installation experience (required)
— Shop fabrication experience — aluminum, acrylic, vinyl, or paint (preferred)
— Comfortable working at heights with lifts and ladders
— Valid driver's license with clean record
— Able to pass background check
— Reliable, punctual, and a team player
— Basic English communication skills
— Forklift or aerial lift certification a plus
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
— Pay: $25–$28/hr
— Monday–Friday, full-time
— Paid holidays and PTO

— Any relevant photos of past work (optional but appreciated),
— Your availability and current employment status
No recruiters or staffing agencies please.
