Giselle has been at the helm since 2016, steering a book of business that traces its roots back to the 80s.

We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a role that combines sales and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys writing new business while managing and servicing existing clients.

This is a 100% on-site position, working with both new and existing clients in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate coverage (auto, property, liability, flood, recreational vehicles, and more)
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for quotes, renewals, payments, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
  • Educate clients on coverage options and provide clear, confident guidance
  • Manage renewals and retention efforts to maintain long-term client relationships
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that add value to clients
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to grow your book of business
  • Execute win-back strategies to re-engage previous clients
  • Stay current on carrier guidelines and products to provide accurate recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and an excellent client experience

Requirements
  • Active Florida 2-20 License (Required)
  • 3+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience in Florida market (Required)
  • Proven success in sales, cross-selling, and retention
  • Experience in an office environment, including multiline phone systems and agency software
