DESCRIPTION

If you are interested in becoming a House Manager, you’ll have lots of options. DSP's work in homes helping with household tasks and transport people to appointments and for other fun community outings.

- Responsible for conducting in house training to employees

-Assist clients with cooking, cleaning or personal care.

-Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction.

-Increases management’s effectiveness by assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring

-Teach clients new skills and encourage them to try new things.

-Help individuals connect with friends and activities in the community.

-Provide transportation to work or social events.

- High School Diploma

Staff would have a full-time weekly schedule. We are a company with management and do our best to be very supportive of our direct care workers. Training will be provided for all employees.
