Job description

Job Title: Distribution Center Supervisor
Location: Hooksett, NH


Pay: $26+


Schedule
• 8am - 5pm (Full-Time Position)
• Monday – Friday
• Overtime as needed


Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and oversee all warehouse receiving, storage, and distribution activities
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Ensure all shipping, receiving, and picking activities follow company policies and procedures
• Supervise, direct, and support up to 12 warehouse employees
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and yearly inventories
• Coordinate daily operations and workflow with warehouse staff and management
• Assist in developing warehouse policies and procedures
*(Job is a working supervisor role, not an office position)


Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or vocational school graduation required
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience required
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory management required
• Forklift operation experience required and ability to obtain certifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs 


Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
• Regular use of hands for handling materials and equipment
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
