Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations as necessary to meet their insurance needs.

Documentation: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and notes to ensure a streamlined workflow.

Problem Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained.

Information Dissemination: Educate policyholders on their coverages, policy changes, and updates to cultivate informed decision-making.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an administrative role

Preferred Candidate would have experience within the insurance industry

Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills and comfortable learning a variety of tech platforms and systems specific to the insurance industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries.
