Job description

Graze Craze is a rapidly growing national charcuterie franchise known for its creative, concierge-style approach to grazing. Our Albuquerque location is locally owned and operated, combining the strength of a national brand with the heart of a small business.

We specialize in handcrafted charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables — all made fresh with premium ingredients and artistic detail.

Food Preparation & Kitchen Support

  • Prepare and portion meats, cheeses, fruits, and other ingredients according to Graze Craze standards

  • Assemble charcuterie boards and boxes with attention to presentation and quality

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace

  • Follow food safety, health department, and franchise guidelines

  • Assist with inventory organization and restocking supplies

Customer Service

  • Provide friendly, professional customer interactions 

  • Confirm delivery details and communicate any delays or issues promptly

  • Taking and processing customer orders using our POS system (Toast experience a plus)

  • ServSafe Certification (can be obtained during training)

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must have your own vehicle

  • Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs

  • Strong time management and reliability

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

  • Comfortable multitasking between kitchen prep and someties deliveries

  • Dependable and punctual team player

  • Someone who takes pride in presentation and quality

Schedule

  • Weekdays and Saturdays between 8:00AM to 6:00PM
