Graze Craze is a rapidly growing national charcuterie franchise known for its creative, concierge-style approach to grazing. Our Albuquerque location is locally owned and operated, combining the strength of a national brand with the heart of a small business.
We specialize in handcrafted charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables — all made fresh with premium ingredients and artistic detail.
Food Preparation & Kitchen Support
Prepare and portion meats, cheeses, fruits, and other ingredients according to Graze Craze standards
Assemble charcuterie boards and boxes with attention to presentation and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
Follow food safety, health department, and franchise guidelines
Assist with inventory organization and restocking supplies
Customer Service
Provide friendly, professional customer interactions
Confirm delivery details and communicate any delays or issues promptly
Taking and processing customer orders using our POS system (Toast experience a plus)
ServSafe Certification (can be obtained during training)
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Must be 18 years or older
Must have your own vehicle
Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs
Strong time management and reliability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
