Brand & Creative Designer - Indianapolis Market

Position Overview

DiYanni Homes is seeking a highly creative, visually driven Graphic Designer to help elevate and expand our brand presence throughout the Indianapolis market . This is not an entry-level production role - we are looking for a high-caliber creative who understands branding, storytelling, visual identity, and how exceptional design influences customer perception and engagement.


This individual will serve as the creative engine behind our marketing initiatives, helping shape the visual voice of the DiYanni brand across digital, print, social media, events, and customer-facing experiences.


We are looking for someone who thinks beyond templates and generic marketing. Someone who is innovative, trend-aware, detail-obsessed, and passionate about creating visually compelling work that stands apart in the marketplace.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Design & Brand Execution

  • Design visually compelling marketing materials that align with DiYanni's premium brand standards. 
  • Develop and produce: 
  • Social media graphics 
  • Digital advertisements 
  • Print collateral 
  • Brochures 
  • Flyers 
  • Presentation materials 
  • Signage 
  • Event materials 
  • Email graphics 
  • Website graphics 
  • Sales collateral 
  • Ensure visual consistency across all public-facing marketing channels. 

Social Media & Digital Content Creation

  • Create engaging visual content for: 
  • Facebook 
  • Instagram 
  • LinkedIn 
  • YouTube 
  • Emerging digital platforms 
  • Design graphics, reels, stories, short-form videos, and branded campaigns that increase engagement and brand recognition. 
  • Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns focused on driving traffic to the Design Center and generating online engagement. 

Photography & Video Collaboration

  • Assist with creative direction for: 
  • Professional photography 
  • Model home shoots 
  • Video content 
  • Lifestyle branding campaigns 
  • Organize and maintain the company's media and creative asset library. 

Brand Development

  • Help evolve and strengthen the DiYanni visual identity within the Indianapolis market. 
  • Contribute fresh creative ideas that help the company stand apart from competitors. 
  • Bring modern design trends, innovation, and elevated aesthetics into the brand experience. 

Event & Experiential Marketing Support

  • Design materials for: 
  • Grand openings 
  • Open houses 
  • Home shows 
  • Realtor events 
  • Design Center events 
  • Help create visually memorable customer experiences that reflect the DiYanni Difference. 

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design or brand design experience. 
  • Advanced proficiency in: 
  • Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Photoshop 
  • Illustrator 
  • InDesign 
  • Canva 
  • Video editing software 
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, and digital content creation. 
  • Experience designing for both digital and print marketing campaigns. 
  • Photography, videography, or motion graphics experience is a strong plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and creative execution. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of creative projects. 
  • Experience in real estate, luxury products, home building, interior design, or lifestyle branding preferred. 
  • Must be willing to work in-office in Indianapolis.
