The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III who works under the supervision of a higher authority.
In this position you will complete special projects as requested by the Deputy Warden, as research and respond to public inquiries, draft research and compose letters for Deputy Warden's signature, complete, research, and prepare response to inmate letters at the Arizona State Prison Complex (ASPC) - Red Rock Correctional Center in Eloy, Arizona.

Job Duties:
- Researches, and compiles reports, letter, and inquiries
- Screens, routes calls, and maintains files as well as other duties as assigned
- Attends meetings, and compiles minutes
- Maintains calendar, office equipment, and supplies
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment

Pre-Employment Requirements:
Employment is contingent on the selected applicant passing a background investigation.

The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
All newly hired State employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).
