Job description

SR Global Security – Unarmed Officer (Evening/Night Shift)

Position Overview
SR Global Security is seeking professional and service–oriented Security Officers for night shift patrol operations at multiple apartment communities. This role focuses on resident interaction and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment—especially during evening and night hours.

Schedule

TBD based on location, 11:45pm-8:15am, 10pm-6:30am

Compensation

$22/hour

$1.00–$2.00/hour shift differential for evening/night shifts, DOE

Key Responsibilities

Monitor for theft, tampering, or suspicious activity

Assist residents with general inquiries

Answer phones and provide basic property or local information

Complete reports and document incidents in THERMS

Respond to complaints

Lock/unlock amenities

Customer Service Expectations

Provide professional, courteous assistance to residents and guests

Maintain a calm, approachable, and helpful demeanor

Ensure residents feel supported, especially during evening hours

Requirements

Valid BSIS Guard Card

Driver License

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to remain attentive and organized in a fast-paced environment

Professional Standards

Remain in full uniform at all times

Stay at assigned post unless relieved

Follow all site post orders and company policies
