Job description

Liberty Gaming, a division of Diamond Game Enterprises, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-time Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office in Fredericksburg. This position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys administrative work, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a positive and productive office environment.


What You'll Do

This part-time, permanent position provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role assists with office organization, sales support activities, document management, communication and a variety of day-to-day business functions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be responsible for:

  • providing administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation and record maintenance.
  • Assisting with sales support activities by preparing materials, coordinating communications and tracking information.
  • Creating and managing documents using Microsoft 365 applications and Adobe software.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
  • Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning and maintaining organized records
  • Support various departments with projects and administrative tasks
  • Assist with office supply inventory management and reordering
  • Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications
