Job description

Position Title: Bilingual Travel Customer Service Representative (English/French)

Location: Remote – Ontario, Canada

Start Date: September 2026

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 CAD per hour

We are seeking highly skilled Travel Customer Service Representatives to support global client programs and deliver world-class service to high-value customers.

In this role, you will respond to inbound requests through phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional support for travel planning, reservations, itinerary coordination, and travel-related inquiries. From arranging and managing complex travel experiences to assisting with lifestyle services, dining, entertainment, events, and loyalty program benefits, you will provide personalized solutions that create seamless, unforgettable experiences for our clients while representing some of the world's most recognized brands.

What you will do:

· Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat

· Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries and service requests

· Assist customers with travel-related or lifestyle loyalty program needs

· Document interactions and manage cases using company systems

· Maintain quality standards while meeting service and performance metrics

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

· A passion for helping customers and solving problems

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· The ability to multitask across multiple systems and requests

Experience:

· Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience

· Call center or high-volume service experience preferred

· Hospitality, travel, tourism, airline, hotel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued

· Personal global travel experience is an asset

· Travel and Tourism diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly valued

· An investigative mindset with a passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences

We are currently recruiting individuals who are professionally fluent (verbal and written) in English and French.

Work Requirements:

· Must be located in Ontario, Canada

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
