We will provide uniforms, paid training, and sanitation certification if you are not already Serve Safe Certified.
Our company is currently recruiting an Assistant Food Service Director to assist and support the Food Service Director at one of our Food and Nutrition programs in the East Greenbush, NY.
The Assistant Food Service Director candidate will report directly to the Food Service Director and assist the Director in overseeing the Food and Nutrition Department. The ideal Assistant Food Service Director candidate must have experience in culinary, sanitation, and administrative tasks. Experienced managing a food service team along with exceptional client relations and customer satisfaction skills.

Assistant Food Service Director Key Duties
  • Assist and support the Food Service Director with daily operations.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering for the department.
  • Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.
  • Assist in resident meal tickets. Meal Tracker experience a PLUS.
  • Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.
  • Performs other job-related duties.
