Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Healthcare

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota (Onsite/Remote Flexibility)
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Core hours 9 AM – 5 PM (Occasional weekends)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial operations, planning, and performance analysis within a healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in financial modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis, and enjoys working cross-functionally to improve financial processes and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support annual and quarterly financial planning and forecasting
  • Develop financial models and provide insights for business decision-making
  • Analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and support monthly operating performance reviews
  • Track key metrics and develop performance dashboards/scorecards
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial and operational analysis

Business Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
  • Assist in building business cases and ROI analysis
  • Provide training on financial tools and reporting interpretation

Data & Process Improvement

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or business operations
