Job description

We’re growing! Integrated Wealth Solutions helps families with their financial, retirement and legacy goals and we need help with our expansion. Ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow personally and professionally. A great opportunity for anyone interested in the fields of financial, estate, retirement, and tax planning. Experience required. We use Redtail, experience with Redtail would be a bonus. The position entails the administrative side of financial practices, including applications for annuities and insurance products, opening accounts at Schwab and Fidelity, client contact, intake, etc. We will do SOME training, but applicant needs good experience in the above.

Monday - Friday full time (9-5) in our office.  There will also be several nights per month out of the office at seminars.
