Responsibilities
  • Assist financial advisors with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and update client records in our database, ensuring all information is current and secure.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Coordinate and organize client events and seminars.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
